Sports Performance Training at SFLV is designed specifically around the needs of the individual athlete. Following an initial evaluation, each athlete will be designed a specific plan that address their goals. Programs can be designed around enhancing general athletic performance or focused on specific movements related to each sport.

SFLV’s Sports Performance department aims to lay the foundation for long-term athletic development. Our Sports Performance Coaches incorporate Speed, Agility, Power, Strength, and Endurance into each session to develop the most well-rounded athlete.

Each Sports Performance Coach is educated to provide the best quality training to each athlete, no matter what development level. Our Coaches use the most up-to-date technology to ensure our athletes get the best care possible.

Trainers

Nash Williamson

Nash Williamson is a Sports Performance Specialist for Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute, and the lead trainer at the Sports Factory of the Lehigh Valley. Nash has been directing sports performance at the SFOLV for over a year and a half and has recently become part of the LVHN team. Nash is a graduate of Elizabethtown College, obtaining his bachelor's degree in 2021. Nash enjoys working with clients of all ages in hopes to help lead them to a healthier life.
